Shipping Information
- All Pricing is in Canadian Dollars. We currently only ship within Canada.
- *Due to the size and weight, tires do not ship for free, we will need to contact you for bulky item purchases and finalize the shipping cost and method.
- When you place your order, your form of payment will be charged. If for any reason we can not fulfill your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible via email or text and will be issued a refund. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for credit card companies to post these transactions.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing
- Delivery times may vary. Orders are processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday). We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. We do not process orders on holidays or days that we close early.
- *Certain rural areas, as well as large bulky items, may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you directly with a shipping quote if your order falls under this category.
- Customers are required to pay return shipping for items they choose to return via mail or courier. This includes shipping for warranty returns as well. Customers are also required pay for shipping back to them for warranty returns.
- Many items we have on our website are in stock and many items are also not in stock meaning that we order those items direct from our supplier warehouses. Our website at this time can not show you weather we have it in stock at our store or in stock with our supplier. If an item is NOT in stock at our store, we will contact you the next business day to see how you would prefer to proceed.
- Shipping is non-refundable
Delivery Times
We do our best to ship items within the next business day. For items that are not in stock in our Gander location, and require Special Order from Manufacturers there will be a longer shipping time, we will contact you to discuss this.
Many items we have on our website are in stock and many items are also not in stock meaning that we order those items direct from our supplier warehouses. If you order an item that we need to bring in from our supplier, items may take a few days longer to arrive.
If you need to know if an item is in stock or are looking for a quote on express shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to let you know availability and what the additional time may be to order an item in. Once orders have been shipped, we cannot offer refunds until you return the item to us. Shipping Fees are non refundable*

Method of Delivery
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers, mainly Canada Post, depending on which best suits your needs. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.
